I had my water softening machine serviced by Mr. Sallas and... would like to say he did a wonderful job. Despite fighting off wasps, the heat and sun, he was thorough, professional and friendly and was able to complete his service in less than 15 minutes! We weren’t sure if we were having an issue with our EcoSoft... Water softener, so they sent Pete out to check it for us. He was a good guy, down to earth, answered my questions, and showed me some things I could do to check on my own to make sure it was working properly. We just got the EcoWater system installed and could not be... happier with the service. Our sales rep, Joe Agostino, answered all our questions and provided helpful guidance on which system would work best for our home and family. The technicians, Peach and Tristin, were so friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure our system was properly installed and gave me a thorough walkthrough how the system works, maintenance, warranty, etc. The office employees are just as friendly and helpful - I never waited on hold for longer than 2 minutes and always received callbacks/reminders from them. All around amazing experience, so happy we chose them for our water softener and filter system!read more
