I had a very good experience through the whole process. Nick, the rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and did not try to oversell me. He tested my water, explained the results and then made his recommendations according to my needs not solely the size of my house. He even answered more concerns on a Saturday evening at his home and let me make late changes to my order. Robert, the installer also answered all my questions and checked with me during all steps of the installation. He was very pleasant, neat and expeditious. I was left very happy through the whole process.

Great experience with Nick and Jonny! Jonny did an excellent job installing our new water system. He explained everything clearly, helped recommend the best placement for the filter system, left everything very clean, and was extremely polite and professional.

Nick was also very impressive and knowledgeable. Apart from explaining exactly what our house needed, he helped us find the right option for us without trying to oversell anything. The conversation felt very natural and informative, and I actually learned a lot about the water systems and water quality in the Tampa/Wesley Chapel area. Highly recommend!

Nick was an awesome Rep. He explained my options and helped me pick a water system that worked for my home.

Peach was equally an awesome installer. He was polite, quick, and he answered all of my questions which were few because he was very clear in explaining everything.

I just had a new EcoWater Systems water softener installed by Ideal Water Solutions. My installer Jose Soler did a wonderful job on the install as well as helping me setup the app, how to operate the system, and what to do with special situations like refilling the pool, etc.. My salesman “Nick” Nicolas also was great explaining the differences in models and benefits/features of the system. I could not be happier with the process and system thus far.

Nick was an excellent sales rep who explained everything about the water system that I was purchasing and the differences between the different units. I ended up going with a higher end unit, but felt that it was absolutely worth the price after evaluating and testing the water and explaining my concerns to Nick. We chose the unit that would not only reduce the mineral content of the water, but also the chlorine that was affecting my hair and skin. He was honest and didn’t try to sell any extras that weren’t needed given that we were buying a whole house unit.

James arrived for the install and It went smoothly, and the unit is tucked away nicely in our small garage as requested in a way that won’t impede parking our cars.

I chose to contact this company based on research and a neighbor’s recommendation after Incessant knocking on my door by other vendors who were pushy and overwhelming. I felt very comfortable in my purchase with Nick. Highly recommend!

This experience has been professional, pleasant and no pressure from the beginning ! Nick kept in touch , the installer, Johnny , was perfect and both men communicated with me about the timing of the install etc. After the install, Nick called to be sure it went well and was fabulous as he walked me through the app process. I can't say enough about how pleasant this entire experience has been. It won't be a mistake for you to use this company. As a last note, while I was comparing systems, the owner also reached out without being pushy and that too was appreciated.

I recently had an EcoWater system installed in my home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Nick handled the initial consultation and was fantastic — professional, informative, and patient with all my questions. He clearly explained the benefits of the system and helped us choose the best solution for our needs without any pressure.

The installation was done by Jose, who was equally impressive. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. Jose also took the time to walk us through the system after installation, answering all our questions and making sure we felt confident using it. His workmanship and attention to detail were top-notch.

The water quality has improved dramatically — it’s clearer, tastes better, and we’ve noticed a big difference in how it feels on our skin and in our appliances.

I’ve had an awesome experience with Ecowater systems. Ive had the system 10 years- purchased at Costco. Warranty was going to be up in November. My tank exploded- a pipe- glad I was home to be able to bypass it. Called Patricia and she sent someone out. They - can’t remember his name- decided what was wrong and then they said it was still under warranty. Well instead of replacing the cracked resin bin? Or whatever it was…. I got a whole new UPDATED system! And since everything is brand new the 10 year warranty starts over! I hit the water softener lottery! That never happens. Then Peach - who is awesome!- came out and took out the old one and hooked up the new one. She did a great job- did the few extras I asked of her. And Bam! All done in like an hour! So excited for soft water again. It’s been like a month! Thanks again you guys! Hopefully we won’t have to talk for a while 😊
