I got my water treatment system installed today. We also... got the water drinking system with alkaline. We chose ecowater system because it was a Costco recommendation. Joe was the company representative and he was pleasant. He tested our water and we found out our current water treatment was not doing anything to the water. So after we decided to proceed with the installation, everything was done very quickly and professionally. They even had someone came and installed an outlet since we lack an outlet in the garage at no additional cost, which was very helpful. The whole process took a week. I was glad it was done quickly so we can have better water for our home asap.read more
